Unable to play havoc dlc! Please help! :(

When i launch Advanced Warfare i go into Exo-Zombies i click local play or xbox live to play and a error pops-up and says "A Downloadable content package was not loaded because it is either missing or damaged, try to re download the content, some content
may be unavailable until downloaded again from the Xbox Game Store" and when i press on xbox live/local play again it says "Additional content required Purchase the havoc dlc or the season pass to play exo zombies" and it takes me to the store, i re downloaded
everything including compatibility pack, title update, and the dlc itself, i dont have atlas gorge, the Havoc DLC is in my Purchase and Download History, and i still am unable to access the dlc, i found just one post like this for ghosts and it was because
he was missing the season pass, but i bought thd stand alone map pack, why am i getting this error? How do i get past this? Please help! And when it takes me to the in-game store, it says that i dont have havoc dlc purchased! i have tried contacting Activision,
Sledgehammer and even XBOX live chat support, but nothing, they coudnt tell me how to fix this! please help me! And same happens in multiplayer!

So I got the havoc dlc and I played zombies everytime I play the disk is unreadable at a random time and multiplayer and campain survival works fine the disk has no scartches all my games work but advanced warfare zombies please I need help I even tried
all the steps I think the havoc dlc ruined everything send an update just please help!

last night I played havoc dlc local 2 player game and my xbox one crashes but if I play a one player game against bots its ok any help please
