Unable to play games

I been dealing with this issue for certain games like rainbow six siege, but now its starting to say for more of my games that i have to erase all my saved data for the games to work, and when i tried to do the steps it did the same thing. I don't know what to do without losing my progress on my games. I'm not able to play no disc game because my inserter is broke, and i got the gamepass but there is barely any game i like playing, please help i can't get a new system because their all sold out, and i dont know what to do.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like the game Forza Horizon 4 is giving you some issue when downloading the game. What I recommend doing is clearing your local saved game data on the console. I will put the steps below
on how to do just that. I hope the information helps.

Clearing Local Saved Games:

1. go to settings on the Xbox One Console

2. settings --> System

3. System --> Storage

4. Storage --> Clear Local Saved Games
