    Unable to play games


    When trying to play my games, the games won't read my profile. On FIFA 15, I keep on getting a message saying that "unable to save personal settings 1." And my saved file on FIFA doesn't load up properly. Also my games like Assasian Creed Unity just keeps
    loading the home screen, trying to sign into my profile, the same with Titanfall.

    So my cousin gave me his old star wars xbox the r2d2 version and uh a few days ago it started having problems. Whenever i tried to play any game be it singleplayer i cant as the moment i pressed play game it would disconnect me from xbox live and send me
    back to the dashboard. Please help

    Hmm well last resort is factory restore that uselly fixs it you just lose all your local saves which we try already so i think a factory restore shouldn't hurt

    Hiya, Shane!

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like the game Forza Horizon 4 is giving you some issue when downloading the game. What I recommend doing is clearing your local saved game data on the console. I will put the steps below
    on how to do just that. I hope the information helps.

    Clearing Local Saved Games:

    1. go to settings on the Xbox One Console

    2. settings --> System

    3. System --> Storage

    4. Storage --> Clear Local Saved Games
