Yes but assuming you continue to play offline and the game is unable to update.

It doesn't let me play the games online nor offline. I am completely unable to play the games.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on playing game pass games offline. Unfortunately, they are unable to be played offline. As you do not technically own the games it need to be online for the license.

My games are Fruit Ninja, Gunstringer, Kinectimals, Kinect Sports, Fantastic Pets, Star Wars and I am unable to play these while offline, even when using an offline profile.

go to setting and make your Xbox home Xbox because when you're offline, your console doesn't generate your receipt and usually asks you to sign in to the account or to buy the game.
