Unable to play games installed on a different profile

Be sure to designate your Xbox console as "Home Xbox", to do so follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > General >
   Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
3. Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
   

This will allow you to share games and content with other people who sign in to it with their profile.

Unfortunately no, the changing of the gamertag is universal for Xbox games to the profile. If you're unable to change the gamertag due to a time restriction then you'll be unable to have a different display in the games you play.

Therefore theres no sharing in house with all profiles signed into different consoles with everyone playing different game with all the games used/ installed /licen. on one console with my profile.

The transfer doesn't take long, but you do have to redownload all the licenses after the transfer. Which is basically redownload all of the content. Since you already have everything downloaded though, the system will only need to redownload the licenses
so it won't be downloading the entire content file.

Yes and I don't have access to the other profile that was able to play it anymore and had to make a new profile
