Unable to play forza 6 ultimate edition

I purchased this game a few months ago and today I tried to play the release version of forza 6 but it's not letting me. It's going on big screen then going back to main screen without any messages. I do have the demo installed also if that's effecting
anything.

I am unable to get Forza 6 to play and I pre ordered the Ultimate Edition. I live in New York.

Have you already tried a hard reset? To do this, hold the Xbox logo on the front of your console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down. Wait a few seconds, turn it back on and try again. If that doesn't help, do the same, but unplug the power cord from
the back of the console while it is off and wait 2 minutes. Plug it back in and try again.

If that still doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the game.

 

You can also try deleting the demo just in case.

 

hi both, i deleted the game data install and re-downloaded it, took a while but its all up and running now thanks
