    Unable to play few games on my Xbox


    I am getting this error while trying to start any game on Xbox

    If you bought this online, make sure you're signed into Xbox Live. If you don't have the rights for playing it, you'll need to get it at the Microsoft store(0x82d40002)

    I have checked and logged in again with my account in Xbox and I also have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Please help.

    Could it be possible that you are signing in on the wrong account? Maybe there is another account that you bought the game on.

    hav you bought these games or are you playing with Game Pass? Because it seems you're trying to play some games no more available in the Pass (it happened to me with Wolfenstein II The New Colossus x_x )
