unable to play either mahjong or solitaire

I've been unable to sign into my games for several days now. Continuously getting error message. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Would love to know what is going on and what is being done to fix this problem

Not loading Mahjong

Am still having this problem. Cannot play either Mahjong or Solitaire. On Solitaire, when you click on the app it goes to the screen and spins a few times then returns to the app page. On Mahjong, it just goes to the screen and immediately returns to
the app page. Happening since installing Windows 8.1.

 

Unable to play Xbox games on Surface Pro 3 Window 10 with Anniversary update

I usually play Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Solitaire, but since the upgrade I am unable to play the games:

Mahjong displays the error code: 002000

Solitaire Displays the error code: 101_107_1

When I Start the games it displays that I am successfully logged into Xbox with my Game Tag.

I can successfully connect to the internet, hence this posting

What is stopping the games from playing

 

Havn't been ab;e to able to play my games for a week. Solitare, bingo and so on.

Help !!!
