Unable to play EA-Games

Hey Gamers,

today I bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 and I wanted to play it. But on my account I couldn't play it. It says my account can't access to online-feature. On ea.com/unable-to-connect should i look for more information. But I couldn't find something.
It only says that I get an email if my account got banned oder suspended. I checked my mails and there is nothing. I dont know why i can't play. Can someone help please.

Well if the error is "account can't access to online-feature" the first thing I'd check is the Xbox Gold membership and if there's any issue with that since that error refers to online features and not the game in general.

Battlefront become a really great game. One of the greatest comeback in history. There is no ban. It is their problem on the EA side.Be persist, contact them.

If it's only an issue with games through your EA subscription, and you're sure your EA subscription is active and in good standing, then you'd need to contact EA Support and they would need to help you and look into your EA account from their end.

You don't need a E.A. subscription to play E.A. games.

The only thing they have is E.A. Access which is their version of gamepass & the op clearly said they had bought the game so E.A. Access doesn't come into it.

I maybe a daft question but have you paid for the EA as this is not part of gold, or gamepass. Also do you comply with all the code of conduct rules. As this could be your age, or game chat, ect.
