Unable to play downloaded game with new desktop

I apparently got the new update preview program. The update started this morning when I got on, was able to play my game (Destiny) which I had previously downloaded from the store some months ago. I went to work, came home and went to play destiny again.
I was then sent a message stating I needed to insert a disk or download the game from the store. I called support, and one guy had me uninstall the WHOLE game and dlc. Then reinstall. I did. After it reinstalled it is nowhere to be found on my console, yet
in the store it says it is installed. The supervisor then told me to go online and go to the preview forums to report the problem cause it is out of there hands. Well the preview forums are unavailable (Says "group not found"). Am currently speaking online
with a representative who sent me this link to report my problem. I need to know that this situation is at least being handled and when I can be awarded back my game and time I paid for without being able to play my game online.

Games w/Gold App won't open

When my girlfriend tries to open the Games with Gold app on the desktop the screen goes dark then I get booted back to the desktop and the active window has the multiple window icon in it and an ellipses (...) in the lower left corner.

So she is unable to access the Games with Gold on her account. I downloaded my own account and was able to access it but my girlfriend's account cannot access it.

I downloaded this game called gunstringer and it's in my storage but it says it incomplete. Also, got the code from the game from a card and when I try to download it again it doesn't let me.

In the meantime, please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

Don't forget to report the issue on the console as well by holding the Guide button on the controller until it vibrates and the option to report pops up.

 

Thanks. I've done all that including reporting from my xboxone preview app. Just want a resolution and my game to show up properly. Will be highly aggravated tho if this messes up my halo 5 which I downloaded from the marketplace. Hopefully they fix this
all before then

 

It could just be a glitch in the system. If you have a Kinect can you try using voice commands (Xbox go to Destiny) to see if that works?

 

Ya I don't have connect, and from what I've noticed it seems to be a problem with the communication between the marketplace and my games and apps

 

Also, because the support guy on the phone told me to uninstall destiny, I no longer have it registering in my games and apps, although the marketplace shows that I do have it installed. I think I'm more angry at the fact that support told me to do this
and then after the fact said its out of their hands and basically "ya sorry about that" attitude on the phone.

Yup, have done all of those things. And then reinstalled destiny and all the dlcs separately. Still doesn't show up in games and apps, but when I got to the marketplace now it registers and says that the game and each dlcs are installed.
