    Unable to play downloaded game in Xbox 360


    I have Gold Subscription and downloaded a game which is compatible with XBOX 360 but after several hours of so called customer support I am still unable to play the game. I did whatever the customer care support personal told but in vain.

    Could any body send me the link to chat with Customer support personal live ?

    Question about games with gold

    Why are you unable to download the Xbox 360 games? For a while now the 360 games have all been backwards compatible, so if you've claimed them, you should be able to download and play on Xbox One. Do you get an error message, or are they not showing
    up as available? I'd check the filters in My Games & Apps for if it's set to now show the 360 games? Are you able to download any 360 games?
