    Unable to play DLC


    Please help me I am unable to access the DLC that I bought for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 which is the Extra Pack 2. It has been 5 days since I bought it and unable to play it . Am I supposed to buy the Extra Pack
    1     as well?

    Please help me or help me get a refund because I don't know how to get a refund

    Thank you for your reply, are you sure that cloud playing checks dlc ownership? because I am unable to access the dlc while cloud playing even while signed into the account that owns the dlc

    Charged for dlc but unable to play.

    Mistakenly posted before finished. My bad. So I was charged for these purchases and they seemed to download but aren't in my console and they want to charge me again if I go to redownload. I checked my history and downloaded from there but it does the same
    thing.

    This has happened to me too with the Dawnguard DLC for Skyrim. What i did was called 1-800-4MY-XBOX (if your in US or Canada) and explained my situation to them. they set up an investigation and you just have to be calm with them. they refunded my points
    back to my account eventually. Just try to redownload the dlc onto the xbox first.
