Unable to play digital copy of Elder Scrolls Online.

I go to start ESO on multiple accounts, and I am unable to launch ESO. I get multiple errors, on both Xbox consoles, such as 0x87de2712, 0x87de2713, 0x87de2714, 0x87de2716, and it's telling me that it's unable to connect to Xbox live, yet I'm in a
party, talking to people, I can utilize other games that I've downloaded to my hard drive, such as Assassins Creed, SMITE, Payday, you name it. They all work. I cannot start this game however, and I am way beyond frustrated at this point. Can anyone help?

Yes, I've power cycled both xbox consoles, I've cleared the saved data from both consoles, tried different accounts on different consoles.. I'm completely at a loss.

While multiple players can use the same copy of The Elder Scrolls Online on the same console, chapters, such as ESO: Morrowind, apply to individual accounts rather than to the console itself. You will need to purchase your own unique copy of The Elder Scrolls
Online: Morrowind for each individual account."

I am having the same issue. Haven't been able to find anything about it yet.

 

There was an issue with the Xbox servers that caused a bunch of different problems. The issues have since been fixed and I am almost certain that digital copies of games were affected. You should have no problem playing it now but if you do try unistalling
it and then reinstall it again. I am guessing the issue only caused a problem with certain games as other people are having the same issue.
