Unable to Play certain COD MW Multiplayer Maps

We can recommend trying the following fixes to this issue. Once you have time, please give it a try and let us know the results!

Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Check your NAT type: Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

Remove your account: First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

After doing that, please make sure to sign in using the correct account which contains the game.

Reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

However, if the issue persist, we suggest getting in touch with the game developer to report the issue.

Hi there Monty! Christopher here, an Xbox fan and been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. What maps are you unable to use?

I'm totally excited for the new game modes and the largest of all COD multiplayer on one map. And they going back to kill the kill streaks and not score streaks. The classic MW style game play with a few new twist.

Hey ! I was having this problem for certain maps for TWO months and this Fix works !!

-Turn on Xbox

-Click the start button over MW

-scroll down to manage games and add on

-click the add ons

-delete MP2 and multiplayer pack 3

-do NOT re install those two packs !!!

-restart console

-load up MW
