    Hello I have previously posted this issue in the forums and still have no clear resolution. Could someone from Microsoft please kindly assist?

    We have attempted all the steps in the advice within the link below and the game is still unplayable.

    Hello @samnatecohn!

    With issues like these, I'd suggest trying some basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing the Mac address and removing your account. However, if the issue persist, please try resetting your console (Keep games and apps). Follow this guide on how to reset your Xbox: How to reset your Xbox console to factory defaults | Xbox Support.

    Make sure to have your account login information available since you will need to re-add it during the set up.

    Same problem here. Spent 4 hours on the phone with support and no better results. No matter how i reinstall its always warzone. Check the older complaints appears this is common and i can see no solutions. Its going back for a refund today.

    You mention you are unable to get an open NAT on Advanced Warfare. Does this mean you are also unable to get an open NAT on your Xbox itself or is it only COD:AW which is giving a moderate NAT. If it's only Call of Duty itself you might want to visit the
    Call of Duty forums and ask if the game needs additional ports to be opened.
