Unable to play Borderlands 2 DLC offline

My primary account with DLC was banned. Naturally this stripped me of my Online DLC licenses, but I can still access the console licenses that let me play my downloaded games and DLC offline. All except Borderlands 2. I can't figure out why my BL2 DLC
isn't working offline, it's been a problem for a while now.

I was tempted to try playing online (gold), but that only worked last time because the 2nd set of licenses worked. Obviously I'm not going to be rebuying the DLC, or anything for MS consoles, but was hoping someone was familiar with the issue here.

but I've noticed that I'm now unable to use the Zoom camera mode


Is Zoom camera disabled in 2 player offline?

 

Can't Play Borderlands DLC Offline

I've used the license transfer tool to get all of my licenses onto my new console. I've verified that they're all there.

However, I can't play the Knoxx DLC offline. If I'm in the game and I get disconnected, it will boot me out when I try to load a new area. It is really annoying. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

 

Hey mate, if you haven't transferred your licenses then the DLC will only work online for other accounts that didn't originally download it and as the original account is banned all the content associated with it should have been void anyway so I don't think
there is anyway you'll get it working.

 

Yes. Also after digging up information, the problem is related to how the compatibility packs update the game more than the patches. I'm basically *** without being able to re-download the DLC, as the fix would be to clear the cache, delete the pack and
all the DLC, and then re-download everything.
