    Unable to play blue rays


    So bought the xb1 2 days ago.. Got it all set up.. Tried to play a blue ray tonight and it was saying couldn't recognise the discs... So after a few attempts I decided to delete the app and reinstall.. Hoping that would cure it.. But it's now disappeared
    from the app store.. Anyone else having the same problem???

    Code 0x80820002 Can't read discs.

    Unable to play any xbox one game on it.

    Blu rays and dvd's etc work fine.

    Been waiting since yesterday... When are we getting some official info on this?

    Canadian xbox one in England

    Also, if purchased in Canada, you would only be able to to play region A or region free Blu-rays.

    The UK region is B for Blu-rays, however lots of sites do sell region free Blu-rays in the UK.

    There is a issue with purchasing and downloading items in the store right now. They are working on it and hope to have things up and running again soon

    Let me know if that works, I sent mine in to repair for the same problem and when it came back the blu rays still take being inserted/ejected about ~15 times before they read...

    yes the Xbox one comes with blue-ray built in. and will play blue-rays and regular dvd's.

    I'm having the exact same issue... none of my blue rays will play.. only the audio will play as the blue ray load screen stays stuck on the blue loading screen.

    Same problem here brand new Lego movie Blue Ray won't play in the XboxOne. also Blue rays that played months ago wont play now. i see a quick message that the disc has stopped then is just goes back to the blue ray logo and spinning icon. can still play
    game discs with no problem. need to fix this
