Unable to play Battlefield 1

Hi,

I've bought a digital version of Battlefield 1 on release date and never had any problem trying to play it.

Today however, I've had the following error message every time I tried launching it:

"If you have the disc for this game, insert it now. If you've bought this game online, make sure you're connected to Xbox Live. If you don't have the right to play this game, you'll have to buy it on the Xbox Market. (0x803f8001)".

Since I bought the game on the Xbox Market, I do not own the disc. I've also checked I was connected to the Xbox Live multiple times, but nothing seems to be working. Could you help me out ?

Multiplayer on Battlefield 1

I have downloaded Battlefield 1 but am unable to play in multiplayer, any ideas

 

Access denied

We got the Xbox one S Battlefield 1 bundle for Christmas. We are unable to play multiplayer. It gives an "access denied....you are not eligible to participate in this activity" Any ideas on how to fix this?

Is it possible another account on your Xbox One made the original purchase? If another account purchased the game and set your Xbox One as it's home console, all accounts would have access to it until the account changed to another home console.

 

What if its not a different account

if I got the Bata version of the game the demo and one year has past will I be able to play the demo

and if I own the game but I am unable to see it in my orders and I called and they are unable to locate the game and my account what does that mean ?

Check that you can see the purchase on your history (the account your signed into)

It could be that its not on the account you are signed it with, this will double check this.
