Unable to play asphalt 9

Hello Xbox community members! Hope you are doing well. I am having an issue in playing asphalt 9 for the last 16 days or so. Whenever I launch the game, it starts normally but then gets stuck on the synching and it closes automatically. This has been continuing for the last 16 days and it's quite frustrating! I cannot spend my leisure time playing anymore to the point that I cannot take it any longer. Can anyone help me on this issue? I have contacted Gameloft but they aren't replying for 1 week. Reported the issue to A9 discord but no one is helping. Reinstalled the game more than 10 times and that didn't work either. I also fresh installed windows 10 to see if any component is damaged but no, I still cannot play . My system is a 64-bit operating system. Kindly help me pls i am bored and i love this game a lot..

Don't worry, I don't think its necessary.

I can advise you another 3 things to try. But if the issue persists you may need to reach Gameloft support one more time:

A. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily

Restart your PC and check

B. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try playing the game from there:

C. Perform an in-place upgrade for your system (don't worry, your content will remain) <Before this, delete the game. And once done install it>

If you're on Windows 10 steps are the same, you just need to download Windows 10 ISO

I tried with both 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 but didn't work. I used Proton VPN to see if it fixes the issue but no it didn't. And why would I upload video on YouTube? I meant is there a way I can send the video to you guys so that you can have a look at it? I live in India.

You can upload a video to YouTube if you want.
Where are you physically located? (Country)
Also, are you using a VPN or similar service?

In the meantime, please try this:
Open task manager > select the tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart your PC and give it a new try

If that doesn’t work may I know if you tried using a different DNS address in your Internet adapter config?
