Unable to play any Microsoft PC games without getting error message.

This is going to be one of the weird issues I've ever challenged. Just need Microsoft to jump into my system and troubleshoot the problem for the past 3 years with Gears of war. I decided to get a new system and start fresh 2 years ago, unfortunately, that didn't solve the issues either. Gears support was able to help with everything they can think of and point to Microsoft issues. I've tried everything Microsoft has to throw out there to resolve the problems and still unresolved. Eventually, I gave up and started playing other games on Steam, Origin, and Epic games without having any problems. I downloaded Halo and sea of thieves from the Xbox/Microsoft store, they crashed just like what gears were doing. To me, this is a Microsoft game problem with my system using windows 10 or 11. This error that I was getting from gears is getting the same error as the other 2.

"Application popup: Gears5.exe - Application Error : The instruction at 0x00007FF67D99E9BB referenced memory at 0x0000000000000038. The memory could not be read."

I am open to any suggestions.

Buddy, try reinstalling gaming services via powershell command:

Right-click the Windows Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

Then paste this command:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

After that do this:

Type cmd in the search box, and then right click Command prompt select Run as Administrator.

Type or copy paste commands below:

regsvr32.exe /u ntdll.dll and press Enter key

regsvr32.exe ntdll.dll and press Enter key

After that take ownership for WindowsApps and XboxGames folder:

Press Windows + E and go to the drive where game is installed.

Enter to XboxGames folder (or the WindowsApp) and right click on it and select properties > Go to the Security tab and select Advanced:

Click on Continue in the Permissions tab > Select Change > Click Advanced in the Select User or Group window, then Find now:

Select your user account and click on Ok > Click on Ok and Apply on every window and close them.

Restart your PC and open the Xbox app, you should see a blue banner with the following message: "This app needs an extra component. Gaming Services is needed for playing some games. Administrator approval required. Install"

Select Install to reinstall Gaming Services and give it a new try

Installed a new ASUS ROG Strix Riser and still didn't work but that wasn't the reason why I bought it. Just needed more space to move it lower. So I tried it without the riser and plug in the card into MB only, didn't work either.

So far only error it came up this time was below.

I've already tried swapping memory and testing it one by one. I don't know what else to do.

The first thing that came to my mind could be an incompatibility with the actual RAM's installed or with the actual graphics card driver

May I know if you can try leaving only 1 RAM module and try opening a game in that way?

If the issue persists try instead installing a previous graphics card driver on your system via manufacturer site
