Unable to play any games or load an apps after online purchase

Purchased Batman Arkham Knight from the Xbox store. Suddenly unable to play any games disc or digital. Have tried under a different gamer tag and same thing. Took too long to load. Have uninstalled Batman and a couple other games and re installed and
still nothing. Cleared local saved games and uninstalled account and reinstalled, still nothing. Everything worked fine before I purchased the game. Don't know if this matters or not, but purchased it a couple seconds before the new sale started.

Sounds like a cold boot may help you fix this problem. Turn on your Xbox 1, hold in power button for 8-10 seconds to power off. Wait 30 seconds, Power on and try again. This clears out everything and starts the OS fresh. Please let us know if you continue
to have problems after a clean boot!

thanks for the assistance i found it was a problem with my internet there was 2 networks and it couldn't work out which one to use.

Try hard resetting your console. That normally does the trick for mine.

Ended up I got a bad file when purchasing a game online. Some how glitched out my system pretty bad. Even lost license to part of my online purchased games.

There is definitely something going on with movies and tv app. Lately all it does it tell me i need to be online when i am or it cant play and wont load. Started for me after purchasing avengers endgame. Even left negative feedback cuz the app would ask
me how it played after not loading lol. Whats weird now i try to play any avengers movie i get an issue but other movies tend to work.

Hi.

I am running it on PC with win10.

I checked everything regarding teredo client and it is fine. In game I see that it is trying to connect online but after I am getting error - unable to connect IPSEC 0x00000000 error.

or sometime I see message - session disconnected.

I was able to play online only 1 day after purchase...but after unable to connect.

I can play Forza motorsport 7 online on PC without any issues.
