Unable to play any games or apps on the Xbox one

Before the update everything worked great but after the update I can't play any of my games or apps. When I Hoover over the game/app icon and click it to play it makes the noise as if it were going to start but then it remains on the same screen. This is
the case for every game and all that I have

Xbox One Won't Load Anything

My Xbox One Will Not Open Any Apps Games Or Even Settings
Two days ago when I attempted

to play my Xbox One, I was unable to open any games. Then while testing the issue i realized I could not open any apps settings or even help. Im at a complete loss. Ive attempted a cold reset but ive tried at least ten times with the same outcome. Does anyone
have an idea what happened to it? Is it just done for then?

Hi, I'm unable to access any of my games or apps on the Xbox One. Even free apps such as YouTube say that the person who purchased it must sign in. This message pops up for all games and apps including those I've purchased. If someone could help it would
be greatly appreciated.

 

Have you tried to carry out a hard reset on the console to see if that resolves your issue?

To carry out a hard reset press and hold the power button on the console for 10-15 seconds wait for the light on the power brick to go orange then restart the console.

 

Yeah I've done all of that. I contacted two support staff and they walked me through many solutions but none of them did the trick. I'm certain it has to do with the new update and that there is nothing I'll be able to do.
