Unable to play any games on multiple XBOX One's

I have 2 XBOX ONE consoles and from last night both have stopped working! They sign-in to XBOX LIVE fine. They are connected to the Internet OK (All network tests passed). But when you try an run Forza 5 (disc) the game loads to the initial screen, when
you press A to continue, it will just sit there indefinitely, not allowing you into the game. In addition, the latest Gold member free game download (IABD??) will load fine, then hang with "Signing In" text on the screen. I have also been unable to access
Assassins Creed. So, I have 2 XBOX ONEs and neither will play games! Any suggestions please? Thanks

Family Plan?

You don't need multiple Xbox One's, any account on a single console will have Gold privileges, more than one console is not necessary. As for 360, maybe they will add more options later.

Xbox 360 Home Gold... No?

There's no such thing as Home Gold on the Xbox 360. If you wish to have gamertags play online on the Xbox 360 console after your gold family pack subscription expires each person will need their own gold membership.

The gold sharing only applies to Xbox One. If you get a Xbox One, one gold subscription will suffice for 1 console. If you get multiple consoles then you'd need to get another gold subscription for that other console and everyone on that other console will
be able to login and play and have a gold subscription.

To recap currently the way it's setup if you're going to purchase multiple Xbox One's you'll need 1 gold membership on each of those consoles for everyone to be able to play online on any console. If you get 3 Xbox One's you'd need 3 gold subscriptions (one
for each box).

The Xbox 360 will only work if you continue to pay for singular gold subscriptions for each account you wish to have online access.

Have you tried to carry out a hard reset on the console to see if that resolves your issue?

To carry out a hard reset press and hold the power button on the console for 10-15 seconds wait for the light on the power brick to go orange then restart the console.

Yeah I've done all of that. I contacted two support staff and they walked me through many solutions but none of them did the trick. I'm certain it has to do with the new update and that there is nothing I'll be able to do.
