Unable to play ANY game mode on Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Hi all,

Not sure whether this is the right category and all for posting this, but I'm having some trouble with advanced warfare. I launch the game and I'm instantly signed out from xbox live. When I select multiplayer it says "In order to play multiplayer, you need
to download new required content. This content it free. You must be connected to Xbox Live in order to download this content. Would you like to sign in?" I select my xbox live account and then a message appears that says: Your connection to Xbox Live has been
lost. Please sign in again." No matter how many times I try the same message appears. Naturally I would assume something is wrong with my connection. When I test my Xbox Live connection everything comes up golden perfect. When I exit advanced warfare I am
automatically signed and connected back into Xbox Live. Also, playing COD: BO2 or GTA V online there is no problem, no lag, I can even host. My download speed is 25mbps and upload is 12mbps. Please don't tell me to reset cache, reset modem, unplug xbox for
5 minutes, reset network connection on xbox or try an Ethernet hard wire connection. Believe me I've tried all those and more. It's the first thing that comes to people's mind.

I am a Mature female gamer who is looking for friends who still game on the Xbox 360, I play Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, Call of Duty Black Ops and Black Ops, Forza games, Halo Games and Gears of war.

No Games Found issue

When I am trying to play Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare on Xbox One, I am getting " No Games Found " when searching for matches.

Any solution ?

 

Having exactly the same problem, cant figure it out.

 

I'm getting the same issue when I'm trying to play MW2."Your connection to Xbox Live has been lost. Please sign in again."... It's really annoying.

 

Just talked with Activision and they helped me figure it out of your still having trouble here are a few things we did.

- go to download history to download compatibility pack (should be there)

- clear system cashe on storage devices 3x

- reset modem AND router

- re download profile in the download profile section (don't delete your old one)

- turn off XBOX and unplug for 5 minutes before and after each and any of the steps.

The total combination of all of these seemed to make it work. If your still having trouble call Activison at (310) 255-2050. You might have to wait a while (I waited 30-40 min) but they are very helpful.
