Unable to Pin items to home page.

Every time I attempt to pin an item like a game or app I am unable to do so. I gives me the error code
0x876c0002. I turn off my XB1 and turn off the surge protector then unplug it after every use. This has been a persistent issue for well over a year and dates back to when I only had an XBOX 360. This is NOT a console issue.

Cannot access Home, Friends and Store...

Hey everyone, I am unable to access my home , Friends or Store pages. Only thing available are my pins. The Pins tab is white and the other three are light grey. When I try to move over to the Home screen it reverts to the Pins page automatically. Anyone
know a fix for this? Thanks !

Unable to remove Pins?

I usually "pin" stuff that I'm eventually looking to buy, for pricedrop reasons and what not. I recently looked at my pins and noticed that I was unable to remove certain pinned items. Apparently Microsoft has removed these 'pinned items' from the store,
leaving me unable to un-pin them How to fix?

Are you able to get someone else to log into the console using there profile to see if the same issue occurs?

I have had this same unresolved issue since my xBox one purchase. My son can sign on with his account and has no problem pinning. I have never been able to.

if you haven't already , I suggest you both try this.......

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

I was able to resolve this issue by logging onto my Xbox 360 and deleting pins. They were maxed out at 200. Deleted all pins and now I can pin from anywhere including the console and Xbox app.
