    Unable to perform an update on my Xbox One


    I am unable to perform an update on my Xbox One. The update download goes through, but the verification fails.

    I am seeing the following error message:

    I did a lookup using the displayed error codes and found no KB articles matching the above error codes.

    Have you tried to hard reboot the console?

    If that doesn't help, then please try doing an offline update:

    Hopefully that can help to fix the issue.
    I have reset my console and the issue persists. I guess the fixes mentioned here don't apply.
