Unable to pay via paypal for xbox game pass

When your credit card fails it should give an error code, that might tell you more about what went wrong.

When I had problems with buying Game pass, I bought an Xbox gift card and added to my prepaid balance. Normally you can't buy Game Pass with prepaid balance, but when I contacted customer support they were able to make the purchase for me. Maybe that would
be an option for you?

Thanks for the answer but I think my problem has been misunderstood.

According to the promotional page, that is no longer avaiable, I was supposed to receive an extra month of Game Pass after buying and paying a month of Game Pass with Paypal, with a code sent via Xbox Message, after 2 weeks.

I buyed the code on october 17, a month have passed and I didn't get any code and my Game Pass is about to expire.

I also sent a DM to Xbox Support via Twitter but i get no answer...

Why cant you pay on xbox one via the same method

Why is it that the Game Pass Subscription option are only available through payment via credit card/s, and via paypal. It's sad since I'm a student in an average income family, we cannot pay through these options. What we can pay through is Gcash, is it possible that sometime soon we can purchase game passes through gcash since there are people like me that cannot avail credit cards as we do not have jobs yet.
