Unable to pay pre order with Paypal

I wanted to pre order FH3 today but it seems like I'd have to pay with a credit card (which I don't have). My Paypal isn't shown when I try to check out, but it's listed in my account settings. Does anyone know why this is the case?

Monoprice help?

I ordered something from monoprice an hour ago or so and under order statues it says order is pending. It was $385 and I payed with paypal, It has also not been deducted from my paypal yet. I have one day shipping is this normal?

I was wondering how to change pre-order payment method from paypal to Microsoft account.

I pre-ordered a game on Xbox with my paypal, but it didn't charge me. It just installed it and said "Payment Error" or something like that on my order history. So I bought a Xbox card the other day for 40$ to pay for the game, but my main payment method
is set to paypal and their isn't an option to change it to money on my Microsoft account, only other paypal accounts. So I'm wondering if anyone knows what to do?

That means the page where you're trying to purchase the content does not match your account region where you registered your paypal account. Even if you have a paypal or a credit/debit card under your payment lists, that doesn't mean that you can purchase
anything on the marketplace. You can only get what is available for your account region especially when using this payment methods.

Check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows the order as being complete. Pre-orders are not charged until within 10 days of release if you pay with a credit card/Paypal. If they are unable to charge you at that time, the order is cancelled.
