Unable to party/game chat 1 month after comm. ban

I received a communication ban that ended 10/21 and have still been unable to chat since then. I have tried the previously posted troubleshoot solutions to no avail. Have there been any other solutions that have worked for people aside from those that
I could try?

Finished comms ban still banned

Hello I got a communication ban on the 23 June 2017 for two weeks I finished the ban last Friday and still I'm unable to message or party party chat with friends which leaves the whole point of multiplayer useless is there way I could get compensation for
the loss of real Xbox live and reinstating my comms as I've finished the ban

Unclear about comm ban length.

That doesn't really help lol Ya I read that before but mine has been going on for not 1, not 7, not 14 days. It has been a month and I was told it was lifted on the 24th of last month like I said. I also just had a COMMUNICATION ban, not an account suspension.

When you have an account suspension you can't even sign into Xbox Live. I was never unable to sign into Xbox Live and I was able to play any game off and online. Like I said before, for that week I had all communication taken away but then after that week
I got everything back except party and in-game chat. Is it some kind of half communication ban? lol Or is this a glitch? or is this a permanent party chat/in-game chat ban?

All settings are exactly as they should be.

All pathways open. No comm ban. Mic check works. I can send messages through messenger. Can chat in private parties. It's just THIS STUPID GAME!

The bans for communications violations are both punishment and there to keep the gaming community safe.

By receiving your comms ban you have automatically been punished for your actions, At the same time this keeps the community safe as you will be unable to chat with or socialise with other players on xbox live during the ban.
