Unable to open

Discus and support Unable to open in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; One day I was playing jigsaw next unable to open. I have deleted and reinstalled with no luck.     Unable to open


    One day I was playing jigsaw next unable to open. I have deleted and reinstalled with no luck.

    Same app problem on Win 8.1.

    Come on, give some fix suggestion.

    I have the same problem - but with all three Microsoft games - that is Microsoft MineSweeper, Microsoft Solitare Collection and Microsoft Mahjong. The error is similar for all three Apps.

    I do not have problems with other Apps - the issue seems specific to these Microsoft Games.

    For reference, the details from the event log are:

    Hello Sangammagari,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We recommend installing the

    Xbox Identity Provider     application. Once the application is installed, we recommend launching the Xbox Identity Provider application and the Xbox application. Be sure to let us know the results!
