    unable to open xbox


    When I open Xbox, I see this(screenshot).

    When I click on sign in, a dialog box is opened and again gets closed and shows the same. When I click on go to xbox, click on I agree and give parent email address & password it gets opened as poineerfiber280. But when I open xbox, I don't see any change.
    Please help me.

    One day I was playing jigsaw next unable to open. I have deleted and reinstalled with no luck.

    No matter what I do I can't get an open NAT

    @Merkic

    You mention you are unable to get an open NAT on Advanced Warfare. Does this mean you are also unable to get an open NAT on your Xbox itself or is it only COD:AW which is giving a moderate NAT. If it's only Call of Duty itself you might want to visit the
    Call of Duty forums and ask if the game needs additional ports to be opened.

    No 3rd-party antivirus software. Followed that guide and with a clean boot and no 3rd party services Xbox Game Bar would still not open. Still unable to open the application.
