Unable to open the XBOX Game Bar using shortcuts.

Try to restore your PC:

Step 1: Click Update & security on the Settings page to continue.

Step 2: Click Recovery and click Get Started on the right to continue.

Step 3: Choose Keep my files to reset your PC.

Step 4: Read the subsequent messages and click Reset.

After the computer has restarted successfully, you have refreshed Windows 10.

It might work.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Before we recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game bar. Have you cleared all keyboard shortcuts from the Game Bar app already? To access the shortcut list, open the Start Menu and open Game Bar> then settings> then "Shortcuts". If you have anything in the "Open Game Bar" box other that Windows +G go ahead and either change it to your desired shortcut or scroll to the bottom and click "Reset if you prefer the default settings.

3. Check the Xbox app's Hotkey Settings. Press Windows key + I, select Gaming, and check under Keyboard shortcuts for the Game Bar hotkeys. You can alter the hotkeys by filling in the desired shortcut in the field before Your shortcut and clicking Save.

4. Use alternative screenshot methods: If you still can't open the Game Bar, you can try using alternative screenshot methods, such as pressing Windows logo key + Alt + PrtScn to take a screenshot of your game.

Open Game Bar then press Settings (the Gear icon) then shortcuts then remove the A button from the shortcut list.

If that isn't the issue.

Go to Start < Xbox Game Bar < [Right click] < More < App Settings < Reset

Game Bar does show as running in task manager when I use one of the shortcuts but the program does not actually open so there are no error messages to diagnose the issue. If I end task to close Game Bar then try a shortcut again it does show again on task manager.
