    Unable to Open Setting Menu


    I have been having an issue of being able to get into the settings menu by pressing the XBox Button on the center of my controller. I have no idea what could be causing this, as I've tried multiple controllers and the problem persists. I have to reboot my
    console to even load anything, because I can't access My Games & Apps otherwise.

    Xbox one problem

    Got a provlem with my xbox one, basically unable to access settings menu, whenever i press the main menu button on the controller, i can hear the sound that the menu is opening the background goes dull but still keeps on scrolling the menu on the background,
    unable to reset the console as i’m unable to access settings. Please help

    Hello,

    I am unable to get to the settings menu. When I click on settings at the main menu, the screen flashes black and then goes back to the main menu.

    Any ideas?

    If this is something you're still experiencing, please try not only a full
    power cycle     of your Xbox One console but also of your router/modem.

    Can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

    try a hard reset and see if that works. while console is powered on, hold in power button for 10-15 seconds until console powers off. led on power brick should turn orange. boot her back up and see if that works

    Pull the power cord from your xbox either at wall outlet or surge protector. Wait 30 seconds then power on and try again.

    Sorry to hear it. If you are unable to uninstall from within the beta app then please find the game in your Start menu to uninstall there or open your PC Settings and search for Add or Remove and go there. Search for the game in the list and uninstall
