Unable to open Rewards Weekly Set on Microsoft Rewards

Hi there

I’m having trouble opening my Rewards Weekly Set page on Xbox for two weeks now (and thus losing my streak!). Whenever I try to open the page, the error message “Oops, looks like something went wrong - Oops, we can’t find the item you are looking for...”
would show up.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? How can I resolve this?

Unfortunately I have tried that and it doesn't solve the issue!

have you tried uninstall and re install it to see if that helps 🤔

try a Power Cycle of your Xbox

hold the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down completely then unplug the power from the wall for 5 minutes.

plug it back in and turn it on and try the app again.

if that doesn't work use the information in my previous post to contact MS Rewards Support

go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/

go to the very bottom of the page and there should be a heading titled Help with your Microsoft account

under that is the link to Contact Microsoft Rewards Support.

click that and it will open a Support Ticket.

fill in the details and they will email you within a day or 2 (there might be a bit of a delay due to Covid but they will get back to you)
