Unable to open Preview Dashboard App

After today's 500+ Mb update I wanted to see any new features but every time I attempt to start the app the screen goes black and a pop up says, "Something went wrong. Unexpected error."

I'm then only able to click an Exit button and then quit the app. Will this be fixed soon?

Unable to access Preview Program forums

My Xbox One recently was updated with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard as part of the preview and I have since lost access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app as it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview Program members only." I am also unable to access
the preview program forums on the Xbox website as it reports back "Group not found".

I had xbox preview on older xbox, how do I get it on my new one

All you need to do is download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app from your waiting to install list and select the option of registration once you open the app.

Hi, it is a know issue with the app, if you visit the preview forums apps section there are several threads regarding the app crashing. It is being worked on and until it's fixed there's nothing to be done but wait.

I am having the same issue. Unable to access the preview program app.

The updates only apply to dashboard updates not game updates. Also updates don't really fill up your harddrive that much since they overwrite the previous one. When content gets added that's a different case of course.

You should be able to leave the preview program through the dashboard app, when you've opened it go to:

Registration
Change
Remove

If you are unable to leave the Preview program via the dashboard app please post in the following forum instead

Hi

All you need to do is download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app from your waiting to install list and select the option of registration once you open the app.

You will need to first post and the preview forums.

Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.
