Unable to open or install games on the Xbox app?

When i try to install a game, it prompts me to 'install gaming services' which 1. i have. no updates available. 2. the button does nothing essentially.
And when i try to open the games i have already installed, they start as 'gamingservicesui.exe' and do nothing. I've tried every possible fix i could find from reinstalling gaming services to resetting the microsoft store.

trying to install the games through the MS store does nothing, and when i clicked reset i got 'we couldnt reset this app, try again in a bit'

It doesnt show up in the list because it now for some reason is no longer installed and wont install

Kindly check if you can reset the gaming services from the settings. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Gaming Services" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset.

guess ill have to do that, ive already tried everything. thanks for all the help anyways!!

I appreciate your efforts in fixing this issue, TS but I am afraid this issue is with the gaming services packages. You can try the steps provided here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/... but if it still persists, kindly also submit a report so Windows team can further check this for you. Press the Start button , and then enter Feedback Hub in the search box. Open the Feedback Hub app, and then select Report a problem.
