unable to open minecraft java pls help?

Then what i do, i can open normal minecraft, like java minecraft, but no forge, thats the problem

The option to get Java Edition of Minecraft for free has ended. Thus, sadly, you will be unable to get Java Edition for free now. You would have to pay for it or get Xbox Game Pass ultimate which has Minecraft included in the library.
