Hey there, to clarify; are you unable to open the Microsoft Store app on the PC? Are you getting an error you can share with us?

I cannot open avatar storeeevery time I click find more, I get a pop up saying change setting which I have done and nothing has changed. Also I'm not using a child account!

 

Hi, sometimes it happens. Try restarting your xbox, then start the store again.

 

I did it many times and still nothing !!!

 

I had to unplug mine and then start it back up... Also, go through the network tests to make sure your network is good.

resetting the console to factory defaults. There is an option that allows the Xbox user to keep the games & apps installed on the console. Please choose that option. The Microsoft accounts on the console will be removed. Therefore, the email addresses and
passwords of those accounts must be known. Be sure to let us know the results!
