Unable to mute or block players

    Unable to mute or block players


    I am unable to mute or block others, when i do so it sais blocked or mute, but the second i exit the profile i am looking at it doesn't save it so when i look at the profile again it sais their aren't blocked or muted. This issue also extends to party chat
    so when i try and mute someone there when i select mute nothing happens. What is going on and how can it be fixed?

    Unable to mute or block players

    Heya!

    This was a known issue but should be cleared up at this time.

    If you are still running into issues with muting and blocking people let's have you power down your console, unplug it for 5 minutes, then power it back on and check once more.

    Post back if after that you are still running into the same issue!
