Unable to move Titanfall to an external hard drive - other games move fine - error 0x876c0007

Hi,

I'm having difficulty moving Titanfall over from the internal hard drive to an external one. My other games have moved over fine, but for some reason any time I try moving Titanfall it tells me that I need to finish installing it before I move or copy it.
My copy of Titanfall is up to date, is not waiting on any patches to be installed, etc. When I go to the internal drive, choose Titanfall, hit Manage All, and choose Move All, I get this message:

If the image doesn't work, it says: "Finish installing before you move or copy" "We can't move or copy things until they're installed. Finish installing, or cancel the installation and reinstall somewhere else. (0x876c0007)"

Any idea what the heck is going on? Moving other games to the external drive has worked just fine.

Having this error message when trying to start physical media games

I've already tried to move to external hard drive but it won't work as well

Apparently the issue is related to physical media

Digital stuff is working just fine

Please fix it asap

 

Harddrive questions

You can't disable the internal hard drive. Go ahead and attach an external hard drive and move all you games/apps/saves to it and run your games from the external drive.

 

I get this with a whole load of games and apps, annoyingly the only solution I have found is to uninstall and reinstall to the external.

 

The Games which not work, Are These Games installed from Retail Disc`s?

They will need the inserted Disc because of the licences....

 

I spent hours on the phone today with Xbox live support with the same issue and got absolutely no where. A Roger hung up on me, and I then got a Javier who doesn't own an Xbox One and couldn't grasp the issue.

The only solution was to uninstall the games and they're extra content and redownload them all over again. Over a hundred gigabytes in *** content running all day long.

Games this happened with:

My marketplace purchase of Battlefield 4 and all the map packs

The titanfall game from disc and all its map packs

COD AW and all its map packs and content

Halo master chief collection.

And XBL support? They tried telling me to contact the devlopers... Because that is the issue, per their expertise.
