Unable to move Outer Worlds

/facepalm Microsoft support in their whole glory!

No, if you just move the files - you will not be able to run the game at all. They are not even executable, it's new package format.

Of course I'm trying to move via Apps & features -> move, than select disk.

Sorry, I will better wait when it will be released on Steam. [mod removed]

I am assuming you are on PC and I believe that the reason for that error code is that you cant just copy and paste game files onto another drive on a PC. I would suggest you uninstall and download again making sure your destination drive is set to where
you want the game to install.

Try the Windows Store App Troubleshooter

That doesn't work try to restart the Windows Store service:

• Win + X
• Select "Command Prompt Admin" or "Windows PowerShell (Admin)"
• Type
  • net stop wuauserv
  • rename c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution softwaredistribution.old net start wuauserv
  • exit
