    Unable to migrate account to a different region


    Hi. I was unable to migrate my account. I permanently moved to Czech Republic. After multiple tries to migrate my account I was not successful.

    I'm 25 years old so I'm not a minor in both of the regions.

    I'm not aware of changing the region in last 3 months.

    I don't have a Xbox 360 Entertainment For All contract.

    Region I want to migrate from: Slovakia

    Region I want to migrate to: Czech Republic

    Error message: Something went wrong... check the migrate account support page.

    Please can you fix this?

    Moved to a different country and can't purchase anything

    I had only edited my region info on my profile, I didn't know there was a process required to migrate the account to a different country. It worked perfectly, thank you very much!

    Hi there! Am I understanding correctly that you are unable to add an account to your Family Pack because its region is not the same as your other accounts? All accounts on a Family Pack do indeed need to be in the same region. If the accounts are from

    I'm sorry to say but no one on the forums can help you to migrate your account. What we can only do here are suggest some steps to take. But since you already tried to migrate it but failed, your best bet would be to contact support so they could check your
    account. They might be able to know if the account was migrated to another region within the past 3 months so it won't allow you right now to migrate.

    Hi there,

    please check if the paymen option's country/region matches the country/region shown on this link in the country/region field:
    https://live.xbox.com/Account/BillingAccountInformation

    If that is different then it is the cause for the issue, the payment option must match the accounts region.

    Be aware that it is possible to Migrate your account to a different country/region but that a Migration of the account will have several consequences, those are mentioned on the Migration link

    Also be aware that changing regions can have a few consequences, be sure to read everything on the link before executing the migration.
