Hi. All of a sudden my son is unable to message anyone. It just comes up message not sent. Try again. Any ideas? Thanks

hey Man I'm having the same issue as well. Incredibly frustrating. Can do everything else bar message people online .

haven't been able to message anyone from day one of me buying xbox and making account went through steps listed and still nothing, hopefully someone here knows how to fix.

Hey CollaredSquid54! Are you unable to message on the console? If so are you getting an error message when trying? If not the console are you unable to message via the Xbox app, if so what device? Post back and let me know!
