    hey Man I'm having the same issue as well. Incredibly frustrating. Can do everything else bar message people online unable to message :(.

    Hey CollaredSquid54! Are you unable to message on the console? If so are you getting an error message when trying? If not the console are you unable to message via the Xbox app, if so what device? Post back and let me know!
