Unable to message or talk in parties

So, I've got several accounts on my Xbox since my entire house shares one Xbox, 8 accounts to be exact. Recently one of my accounts received a multi-player and come ban, but the thing was I couldn't talk or play Xbox one games on any account! I called
Microsoft and they said that all my accounts must be banned, which is impossible because my brother doesn't play with others and rarely plays at all and even his account is banned. I could play backwards compatible games and talk, but that was it. So I
decided I'll just play those until its over. 2 days after the ban was lifted, I can play Xbox one games fine, but talking and messaging? No, with the message '' because of your past behavior, you can't message.'' It was not a permanent ban yet I still
can't message or talk on the Xbox one. None of the accounts can, which limits us greatly as most of my house is very social and have slot of friends on Xbox. I've tried everything, resets, calling Microsoft, deleting accounts and reading them, I even
unplugged it for 10 minutes to no avail. If anyone can help, please message me, my gamer tag is

Communication ban is lifted but I still can't talk to people

My communication ban was lifted but im still unable to talk to friends in parties or send messages

 

Xbox live enforcement action?

I have been banned for quit abit and i have no idea why . i am unable to talk in parties with friends or message them. Can you help me

 

Sounds like a possible console privilege suspension. These can be used to prevent the use of an alternate account trying to bypass an enforcement action.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way
to currently find out if an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

 

That is more than likely a console enforcement action rather than one that targets a specific account. To be sure, you can head over to Enforcement, sign in, click
on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement history of the account you are signed into. I'd recommend doing this for each of the accounts to get an idea of where each one stands.



Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.
