    Unable to make purchases.


    I recently changed my security info. Why cant I make purchases while I await my security information to update? Im trying to buy dlc for a game from the online marketplace because the game is a backwards compatable xbox 360 game and I own an xbox one now.
    When I attempt to purchase the dlc I get redirected to a different web page stating I must wait until my info updates before I can make the purchase. All I want is to buy the dlc. Why must I wait a month before I can buy anything...like seriously?

    Sorry I meant if I buy another gold since my 360 one won't work on my xb1 do I Need to make up a new Hammett tag and profile And start all over again or can I just cancel that one and allocate the new one

    Same issue!! It's 2016 and Microsoft has no solution for the problem.

    Thanks for the response. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with the problem so this can get fixed soon. It's been real frustrating not being able to use my own money put onto my account. I've sat this whole week with an xbox one and no games.
