Unable to make purchases via xbox one store

- Purchase attempted to be made on Xbox one, but does not work via xbox.com either.

- Cannot remember when the last purchase I was able to make; I do remember the issue became known when I attempted to buy plat for warframe via xbox one

- yes, occurring with the profile

- last time I dis.cussed with support was in Sep. 4 callls / interactions occurred around that time with a 2-3+ biz day response time per interaction.

Just wanted to give a quick update in case others who are having this issue are tracking this on resolution / timing.

The case was pushed to an advocacy rep who asked for essentially all of the information I have posted in this thread. The communications are very polite and I was even provided a contact number to reach him at in case I wanted to speak to him (I haven't
bothered; figure he'll either a) provide a solution or b) call / ask me to call if there is something we need to discuss via phone) Response timing is still a couple of days between inquiries; no solution yet.

Will continue to update as things happen....

Issue has been resolved. Advocacy team worked through the issue on XB side. They removed some payment blocks and made things right. I'm glad the issue has finally been resolved, and really hope the XBOX team on the accounts side can take my case to
better their processes / customer experience. Totally understand the need for to be able to block payments in this age of cybercrime and theft, but there needs to be a simple and effective way to dispute that payment block in cases where it is applied in
error (or there needs to be notice of acct block if there is suspect activity going on).

Anyway, a huge shout out to Patrick and the advocacy team for finally getting resolved what has persisted for months.

Solution: Ultimately posting the issue here, following up on it, being patient, and the work of the advocacy team resolved the issue.

i have the same problem, and the support told me about the live service status thingy.. and that why people cant buy things.
