    Unable to make purchases on my 360


    I've been trying for weeks to download anything on my 360 from free games to dlc and it tells me to mange my payment options. When i go to do that it tells me it cant do this action at this time. I've even put money through a prepaid card and still the same
    results. I've talk to tech support and they say nothing is wrong please help.

    Cannot change 360 online settings to enable me to purchase xbox 360 contents on my Xbox one

    I am unable to change my 360 online settings on the Microsoft website to enable me to purchase 360 content on my xbox one. I go to purchase a game and it comes up with a message "your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com, Please complete
    this transaction on your Xbox" - However I am already on my xbox

    Sorry I meant if I buy another gold since my 360 one won't work on my xb1 do I Need to make up a new Hammett tag and profile And start all over again or can I just cancel that one and allocate the new one

    Thanks for the response. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with the problem so this can get fixed soon. It's been real frustrating not being able to use my own money put onto my account. I've sat this whole week with an xbox one and no games.
