    That error code doesn't show anything, but there are a million people in chat support saying their parties are not working. Not sure what to try st the moment as nothing is working. I'd hang on a bit and keep trying.

    Yeah or make sure your Energy Saving mode is selected. I have seen where other gamers had "instant on" selected, and were unable to join other parties ....worth a shot.
