Unable to make a purchase

Specifically, I'm not able to purchase Dark Souls 2. I've tried a couple of things, removing and re-adding my card & updating the cards information. I'm getting error code, 80167611. Search on the error help page and the solutions didn't really work out.
So, what else, besides clearing the system cache & and deleting,the mark place data (its been gone for awhile now), can I do?

Sorry I meant if I buy another gold since my 360 one won't work on my xb1 do I Need to make up a new Hammett tag and profile And start all over again or can I just cancel that one and allocate the new one

Same issue!! It's 2016 and Microsoft has no solution for the problem.

That being said, the reason you cannot use a US amount is because your tag's region must be set to the US in order to see it. If you want to have currency in your GB account you must purchase your currency card from a GB retailer.
